When Loranne was busy with shop fittings throughout Switzerland and regularly stayed in various hotels and restaurants, the idea came up to furnish these places to suit the owners
The business idea
After a little more than a year, the dream had matured. At the time, she was learning what to look for in a business plan. She took the opportunity to put her ideas into a business plan!
No sooner said than done. In September of the same year, T-Räume GmbH was founded.
It is not a matter of course to start with a full-fledged project right away. For Dr. Dünner AG, we were able to take on the creation of the new office space, organise the move and even add a mini-gym!
The first international project
A dream house in Hermanus, South Africa, can be fitted with custom-made furniture by T-Räume.
The first newspaper article
In the theme special "Mein Zuhause" (my home), in the newspaper Südostschweiz, the first article about T-Räume's work is written.More articles follow.
… is a friendly, natural and down-to-earth person who sees the positive in the world and tries to reflect it. Her goal is to contribute to progress. She wants to contribute to the better with small changing steps and that in her own way. Her way is to make rooms and places more beautiful, more pleasant and more harmonious. “In interior designing, more does not necessarily mean better!”
The uniqueness lies in the technique she uses to create the interiors. Loranne is the first to use physiognomy to create interiors. The needs that are “written on the face” of the person are used to select the ideal colours and materials.
Loranne achtet sehr auf einen einheitlichen Stil bzw. auf Stiltreue. Dabei geht es keineswegs um ihren eigenen Stil, sondern einzig um des Kundens Wunsch und Bedürfnis!
When Loranne created showrooms in furniture stores, she imagined the people who could live in the sample niches. It was then that she first learned about physiognomy, the art of reading faces. At work, she observes clients and is delighted to be able to match the types of people to her preferred style based on their facial features. The fascination of combining physiognomy with furnishing is ignited….
